The City of Brantford is thrilled to share that it is competing in Communities in Bloom in 2026. In 2025, the City was awarded a coveted five-out-of-five blooms at the Communities in Bloom provincial competition, earning the opportunity to compete in the 2026 national competition. This summer, residents and local businesses are invited to take part in the campaign to show that Brantford is Bloomin'.

Enter the photo contest by uploading a photo of your garden display. After entering the contest, feel free to drop a pin on our Brantford Is Bloomin' garden map so we can make a map of all the garden displays in the City (optional).

There will be a Brantford is Bloomin’ Neighbourhood Winner selected from each neighbourhood. Each neighbourhood winner will then be entered into the City-wide contest for a chance to win:

• 1st Place: $150 Gift Certificate to Walters Greenhouse
• 2nd Place: $100 Gift Certificate to Fiori Garden Centre
• 3rd Place: $50 Gift Certificate to Nicol Florist
