My plan to keep moving til i'm 105!!

I currently work out 5 times a week for an hour with my trainer. We do weights, aerobics, ball, chair, balance. I am using 12 and 15 lbs weights mostly and moving to 20! I also skate with a Synchro team once a week 9 months of the year and anytime I can get ice. I attend 3 to 4 yoga classes a week mostly Hatha to improve and keep my flexibility and strength. I have a pretty good wheel for a 65 year old. I also walk 2 to 3 days a week about 8 km, and lots of sports like waterski, down hill ski, cross country ski. Also take care of the gardens and the lawns for 4 properties but don't go out in this really hot weather!

I eat healthy and properly to keep my weight to the same 135 lbs I have been for years. I truly believe if I keep in shape that my older years will continue to provide me good mobility and less pain with lots of enjoyment!!

I just saw this passport in the paper and thought I would check it out. I see a few activities I would like to engage in and hope to use the passport in the coming week. Thanks City of Brantford for offering these activities to our residents!
