My plan to keep moving til i'm 105!!

I currently work out 5 times a week for an hour with my trainer. We do weights, aerobics, ball, chair, balance. I am using 12 and 15 lbs weights mostly and moving to 20! I also skate with a Synchro team once a week 9 months of the year and anytime I can get ice. I attend 3 to 4 yoga classes a week mostly Hatha to improve and keep my flexibility and strength. Painting

I’ve had an awesome time painting wood projects at Finders Keepers on King George Road. The ladies put together beautiful projects that we could paint using our own colour choices! I also had a great time painting with watercolours at the Woodman Community Centre and the Brantford Public Library. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to experience these classes while enjoying the company of all the other participants.
