In celebration of Brantford's Youth Week, May 1 to 7, 2025, the City of Brantford in partnership with Brantford Youth Council are offering a number of free events and activities, including a photo scavenger hunt! Between April 22 and May 4, 2025, youth ages 13-25 can visit a number of historical, artistic and niche locations throughout Brantford, snap a pic and upload it using the "ideas" tab below for the chance to win some cool prizes.

Prizes

  • Main prize: total of $165 worth of gift cards to Brant Sports Excellence, zBTFD, Dairee Delite, Conquer Climb Centre, Altitude Café, Finders Keepers, Palgong Tea Brantford, and Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and a "Brantford" swag bag from Tourism Brantford.
  • Second place prize: total of $50 worth of gift cards to Altitude Café, Dairee Delite, Conquer Climb Centre, and Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre and a "Brantford" swag bag from Tourism Brantford.

Contest Rules

To enter, you'll need to provide a username and email address so we can contact you if you're a winner. Then use the "ideas" tab below to upload your photo with the title as the scavenger hunt location. The contest is open from 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22 until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 4. Winners will randomly be selected on Monday, May 5, 2025 and contacted via email. Be sure to follow @BrantfordYouthCouncil and @City_of_Brantford on Instagram for the announcement of the winners

  • Each submission counts as a one prize draw entry (bonus locations count as 2 entries)
    1. Maximum 19 entries plus 4 bonus entries

You must be under 25 years of age to participate. Winners will need to provide ID for proof of age and identity to pick up their prize from the Customer Service counter at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre (254 North Park Rd, Brantford).

  9. Grand Exhibit pieces in Harmony Square (89 Dalhousie St)
