Brantford FUN Guide survey

How do you want to learn about City of Brantford’s recreational opportunities? This includes swimming, special events, day camps, sports and fitness, skating, 55+ programming and much more for people of all ages from babies to those aged 55+. Please take a few moments to complete our short Brantford FUN Guide Survey to let us know. 

After completing the survey, participants who provide their contact information will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $50 Brantford Recreation Gift Card. The contests closes on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted by the email or phone number provided. The prize must be claimed with photo identification at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre located at 254 North Park Street.

Please note that the personal information collected from this public survey is collected under the authority of Section 10 (1) of Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and will only be used for the purposes of informing City of Brantford staff on how you want to hear about recreational opportunities.
