Share I think something should be done about alfred street as well. No one actually goes 30km and i cant cross the street to go to the park with my kids safely from Mary street. There is no cross walks within a few blocks and with cars flying down at 60km and bad visibility when cars are parked blocking view from oncoming cars its too dangerous and we avoid going there now. Not to mention the constant accidents that happen because of the near zero visiblity and speeding on mary and Alfred. As well in winter when cars slide down mary st hill with any type of snow - directly into speeding traffic on alfred. I think it would be amazing to see a crosswalk for all of the children around this area to be able to use victoria park safely. on Facebook Share I think something should be done about alfred street as well. Share I’m a resident of Murray St. and the stretch of speeding on my end of the street (in between Park Ave. and Greenwich St.) will still occur even with this plan. As per slide 7 of the plan, are no suggested stop signs/speed humps after that and people regularly excessively speed up and down this hill. on Facebook Share I’m a resident of Murray St. and the stretch of speeding on my end of the street (in between Park Ave. and Greenwich St.) will still occur even with this plan. Share I apologize for missing the May meeting. I would have brought this forward at that time. Brock St between Victoria St and Sarah St need something to slow traffic. With no stop in that stretch of Brock St cars are going way to fast. A stop (or something) needs to be added in that section of Brock St to slow people down. on Facebook Share I apologize for missing the May meeting. I would have brought this forward at that time.
