Citizens are living longer, healthier lives. Healthy Living and age-friendly planning aims to ensure people of all ages and abilities have opportunities to thrive in the City of Brantford. The City of Branford’s ongoing commitment to age-friendly planning starts with you.

The City is currently developing an Age-Friendly Strategy for 2025-2027 and we want to hear your thoughts on this important subject. Please complete our short survey that highlights eight key areas of an Age-Friendly Community. By completing the survey, you’ll help inform our plans moving forward, PLUS, you’ll also have the chance to win a $100 Walmart Gift Card.

Healthy Aging Passport

The Healthy Aging Passport is a great opportunity for adults 55 years and over to try a wide variety of FREE activities offered by local community partners from June 3 – July 31, 2024. Become an Age-Friendly Champion by telling your friends, family, and neighbours about the Healthy Aging Passport.

Explore the Healthy Aging Passport calendar to discover free activities, including fitness classes, pottery workshops, crafting circles, presentations on technology, and more.

    Personal information, as defined in the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), is collected and authorized under Section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, and will be used to develop the City of Brantford’s Age-Friendly Strategy for 2025-2027. Only the winner of the contest will be contacted.
