We want to hear from you! In an ongoing effort to continue to improve the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre’s program and fitness offerings, your feedback is very important to us. We would appreciate your time in completing this survey, so we can serve you even better in the future.

By completing the survey, participants who provide their contact information will automatically be entered into a draw to win a $50 Brantford Recreation Gift Card. The winner will be contacted by phone or email and will be required to pick-up their Gift Card at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre.

This survey will close on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
