Consultation has concluded
In response to concerns related to social challenges in the city’s downtown core that have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, in August 2021, Brantford City Council appointed a new Downtown Brantford Improvement Task Force (DBITF) to focus on developing actions that the City and community partners will collectively implement to improve the health, vitality and resiliency of the heart of our city. DBITF’s primary objective is to develop a Downtown Improvement Action Plan that is informed by public feedback.

Whether you live, work, study or spend time recreationally in the City’s downtown core, we recognize that you may have an opinion on what the City and community agencies and organizations should be focusing on, both in the short and long-term, to help improve experiences in the City’s downtown.
Please use the Forum, Survey, and Questions tools below to share your constructive feedback. We would greatly appreciate your respectful, useful input to help us identify where and how resources should be assigned in order of priority.

The following survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All individual responses will be anonymous and will only be used to summarize overall feedback. Feedback will be received until 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 and will be shared with the Downtown Brantford Improvement Task Force to assist the Task Force in providing recommendations to Brantford City Council and staff in identifying initiatives and programs to improve the city’s downtown.
We value and appreciate your constructive input.
First, please tell us a bit about yourself so we can better understand your point of view. Please note that your responses are confidential and will not be identified by individual.
