In support of Small Business Week from October 21 to 25, 2025, Brantford residents are encouraged to participate in the Downtown Dash & Snap – a photo scavenger hunt that requires participants to follow clues that lead to 16 downtown establishments.

To enter the contest, dashers will need to start at the Downtown Revitalization office located within City Hall (58 Dalhousie St.) to discover the first clue that will lead to the next location or can determine the next location from the clue below. At each location, a new clue will lead dashers to their next destination.

Participants will need to follow the clues to find the next location, snap a picture and upload it to through the "Ideas" tab below for the chance to win a downtown gift basket with $100 worth of gift cards and swag. Each photo location is an entry into the contest and those who complete all 16 locations will receive 5 bonus entries!

Contest Rules

No purchase necessary. Contest open to the legal residents of Brantford. Entrants must be over the age of majority in the province of Ontario during the Contest Period. One entry per Downtown Dash & Snap location, with a bonus 5 entries for uploading a photo of all 16 locations during the Contest Period. Contest starts Tuesday, October 21, 2025 and ends Saturday, October 25, 2025. Winner will be selected the week of October 27, 2025 in Brantford, Ontario. The prize is a $100 gift basket of downtown business gift cards and swag. Prize must be claimed within two weeks of notification via email otherwise winners forfeit their prize and a new winner will be drawn. Prize must be picked up with photo ID at Downtown Revitalization office, located in City Hall, 58 Dalhousie St.
