Brantford Cemeteries Public Engagement Survey

The City of Brantford is preparing a Master Plan for cemeteries managed by the City, including Mount Hope, Oakhill and Greenwood Cemetery. This Plan is intended to foster the sustainable development of the cemetery lands and ensure its financial stability. 

We need your input! By participating in this survey, you will help us accurately establish the needs, wishes, and preferences of those served by these cemeteries. Your thoughts and ideas are needed to guide the recommendations of this Master Plan and the future of Brantford's Mount Hope, Oakhill and Greenwood Cemeteries. 

Deadline to submit your feedback is Tuesday, April 30, 2024. 

Personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used solely to collect feedback to help advise the City of Brantford’s Cemetery Master Plan.
